Kit designed for the Extraction of Genomic DNA from Cells and Tissues.
KIT DESCRIPTION: Kit designed for and efficient and fast purification of highly pure genomic DNA from a variety of samples including cultured cells, animal tissues, mouse tail, paraffins embedded tissues, Gram (-) or ( ) bacteria, yeast, Drosophila melanogaster, body fluids, hair and blood stain.
The process includes a cell lysis step with an anionic detergent. The RNA can be removed using an RNAse and the cell proteins are removed by precipitation, obtaining the DNA in a solution, that finally is isolated by precipitation with Isopropanol.
