Description
This kit provides a safe and rapid all-in-one method for the collection, stabilization and transport of 2ml of saliva samples at room temperature.

Procedure:
Saliva samples are collected by spitting inside the collection funnel which has been assembled previously with the collection tube.
After collecting 2ml of saliva, the preservation solution is added to the collection tube and mixed with the extracted saliva. The saliva mixture is sent to the laboratory for DNA isolation and analysis. The preserved samples are stable for more than 1 year at room temperature and more than 2 years at -20ºc or -80ºC. We recommend our using REAL SALIVA DNA KIT for the subsequent DNA purification.
