Preservative solution for tissue, cultured cells and bacteria
REAL STOCK is a solution that allows the collection and storage of cells and tissues in different conditions, protecting and stabilizing the genomic DNA for the subsequent extraction.
Parafin is not needed to protect tissues, avoiding the DNA damage produced by this protection technique. When using REALSTOCK, high quality genomic DNA is obtained.
FEATURES:
– Removes the need of processing samples immediately.
– Samples can be preserved at 37ºC for 24 hours, 2 weeks at 20-25ºC, 1 month at 4ºC and indefinitely at -20ºC or -80ºC without genomic DNA degradation.
– It simplifies samples collection. It is not necessary to freeze the samples in liquid N2 or in lab freezers
– Allows to collect the samples anywhere.
– An alternative to FFPE samples.
– Compatible with genomic DNA extraction processes. We recommend our REAL extraction line Kits.
