Description
This kit provides a safe and rapid all-in-one method for the collection, stabilization and transportation of saliva samples at room temperature for the subsequent RNA purification.

Procedure:
Saliva samples are collected by spitting inside the collection funnel which has been assembled with a collection tube.
After collecting 1ml of saliva, the preservation solution is added and mixed with the extracted saliva. The saliva collection tube is sent to the laboratory for RNA isolation and analysis, we recomment using our REAL Extraction Kits.
The preserved samples are stable for 1 month at room temperature.
